SUGARLEAF

Sugarleaf were born on December of 2004, under the name of Soultaste at that time.  Gathering different ages and origins, this project reflects love, loss, rejection and redemption of 4 elements striving to show the world what is the sound of their minds.

Based on modern Pop/Rock and with influences from Dave Matthews Band and John Mayer, to Vertical Horizon and Incubus, "More Than Senses", the band's debut album, shows strong melodies and powerful chorus always combined with an acoustic background and strong rhythm section.

With David Sousa on the acoustic guitar and vocals, Diogo Carvalho on the drums and percussion, Tiago Ramalho on the electric guitar and back vocals, and Samuel Sim Sim on the bass, Sugarleaf want to show the world that simple and ear friendly music has no boundaries.
